These terms and conditions apply to Yourlawtutor.co.uk.For all services full payment is required in advance via the online payment system Paypal. Generally at our discretion we will request only a 50% deposit from you before we start any work.
As a result you are not a client for the time between our completing one piece of work for you and starting another. Each piece of work is a new retainer which terminates when that work is done.
Writtens services will be delivered by e-mail.
Advice and document drafting and any other Services supplied personally will be delivered within an estimated time frame.
Services supplied instantaneously or almost so are not capable of cancellation.

Your instructions to us terminate automatically each time we complete work for which you have paid us. If we should give advice on the same case at a subsequent time, such advice constitutes a separate contract and does not retrospectively extend the first contract for our services.
Prices for business Services are exclusive of any applicable value added tax or other sales tax.

EMERGENCY QUESTIONS AND CRISIS SITUATIONS (particularly regarding medical or mental health) should be directed immediately by telephone or in-person to qualified professionals. Your Law Tutor is not the appropriate venue to deal with emergency or crisis situations. Your Law Tutor does not edit, modify, filter, screen, or otherwise monitor the content of questions, answers, profiles, qualifications or comments or have any obligation to monitor the content. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the answers given, the truth or accuracy of the answers, the ability of Experts to answer questions or the ability of Customers to pay for answers.
